L.A. Unified Official to Head Rowland Unified

Maria G. Ott, the second-highest ranking official in the Los Angeles Unified School District, will leave her post this summer to take the helm of another school district.
Trustees of the high-performing, 18,000-student Rowland Unified School District unanimously chose Ott as the district’s new superintendent after a four-month search.
