Sale Finalized for Land Next to Colorado River

Riverside Developments has closed escrow on a 110-acre piece of land purchased from the Colorado River Commission for $13 million. The parcel is key to the development of Emerald River, an area south of Laughlin on the Colorado River.
Nick Azouz, president of Riverside Developments of Las Vegas, called the deal a “big plus for Laughlin.” Proceeds from the sale will go to the town’s capital improvement fund.
