From Times Staff Reports
Sheriff’s deputies rescued a 35-year-old woman and her two young children from a burning house, authorities said Saturday.
The woman, her children and one of the rescuers were treated at a hospital for smoke inhalation.
The fire occurred about 2 p.m. Friday in a home in the 12800 block of Priscilla Street, said Sgt. Harry Van of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies kicked in the door and found the woman, her 6-year-old son and 2-year-old daughter in a smoke-filled room, he said.
