2 Injured Female Joggers Remain Hospitalized
Two joggers remained hospitalized Sunday as sheriff’s deputies continued to search for the owner of the car that plowed into them, said Lt. Hayward Miller of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.
Carol Daniel, 41, and Stacy Neria, 34, were in serious condition with head injuries at Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, Miller said.
The women, who each has three children, were jogging with two friends Saturday morning in Dana Point when they were struck by a hit-and-run driver.
Police found the suspected car, a Buick Park Avenue, about a mile away and are seeking William Todd Bradshaw, the car’s registered owner, Miller said.
