Preservation Plan for Hancock Park OKd

A historic preservation plan for Hancock Park was unanimously approved Tuesday by the City Council.
The new law will require residents to get city approval for changes to the facades of homes in the area bounded by Highland, Melrose and Rossmore avenues and Wilshire Boulevard.
