Two Die in Dallas When Concrete Falls 19 Stories

Concrete debris fell 19 stories from a Dallas construction site, killing two: a worker who was knocked into an excavation pit and a truck driver whose cab was crushed. The concrete had been accidentally dislodged by a front-end loader atop the Mercantile National Bank building. Kevin Oliva, 21, and Edgar Omar Navarro, 34, died, police said.
