Holiday luncheon: The Orange County Republican Women Federated holds its annual Holiday Fantasy Luncheon. Proceeds will benefit the organization's outreach programs and scholarships. Toy campaign: Garden Grove firefighters have teamed up with counterparts across Southern California in the Spark of Love toy campaign for underprivileged kids.
