Two Men Charged in Standoff With Deputies

Two gang members who allegedly exchanged gunfire with deputies, then took four members of a Compton family hostage last week were charged Tuesday with 28 felony counts.
Frank Morado, 20, of Torrance and Erick Nunez, 21, of Los Angeles each face multiple counts of attempted murder, assault and kidnapping, according to the district attorney’s office.
