From Times Wire Reports

Mexican federal officials concluded that the slayings of hundreds of women in the border city of Ciudad Juarez were not the work of a serial killer.

Nearly 100 of the slayings have similar characteristics: young victims who appear to have been sexually abused.

The final report states that the 379 women slain in Juarez since 1993 were killed for diverse reasons, including sexual and domestic violence, revenge and robbery.
