Raptors End Knicks’ Streak

Jalen Rose and the Toronto Raptors ended New York’s winning streak with a club-record game.

Rose had a season-high 31 points and the Raptors reached a franchise high in points, ending New York’s six-game winning streak with a 129-103 victory Sunday at Toronto.

The Raptors surpassed their previous record of 128 points -- done twice.

Toronto also scored at least 30 points in all four quarters for the first time in team history. The Raptors shot 59%.

Eddy Curry had 20 points for New York.

Sacramento 104, Orlando 100 -- Mike Bibby finished his career-high 42 points with two clinching free throws with 0.4 seconds left in the Kings’ 11th straight home victory over the Magic. Jameer Nelson had 29 points for Orlando. Grant Hill scored 18 points in his return from a four-game absence because of a groin injury.

Portland 89, Cleveland 87 -- Ruben Patterson and Zach Randolph each had 16 points and seven rebounds in a victory at Portland, Ore. LeBron James had 29 points, 13 rebounds and seven assists for the Cavaliers, losers of four in a row.
