Man Dies After Parking Dispute; Couple Arrested
A pregnant woman and her husband are suspected of attacking a parking lot attendant during a dispute over a $5 parking fee, causing a head injury that led to the attendant’s death, police said Friday.
Stephanie Voskanian, 31, and Oshin Grigorian, 35, were arrested late Thursday on suspicion of battery and assault two days after 75-year-old Pedro Dorado died at a hospital in East Los Angeles, said Police Sgt. Kevin Grandalski.
Police allege that the pair assaulted Dorado on June 30 in the parking lot of a banquet hall.
