Case raises questions about agents
Re “FBI Was Slow to Check Pellicano’s Audio Lab,” June 28
That FBI agents investigating Anthony Pellicano did not realize that the seizure of computers at a location named in their warrant was critically important makes me wonder about the capabilities of the nation’s premier law enforcement agency. It appears that Pellicano’s investigative techniques are more intensive than the agents serving this warrant. This case makes me feel insecure about our reliance on Justice Department agents to protect the U.S.
