TV director gets 10 years for possessing child porn
A Beverly Hills television director has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for receiving and possessing child pornography.
Anthony Logan, 64, was sentenced Monday in Fresno by U.S. District Court Judge Anthony W. Ishii.
In addition to prison time, Logan must serve 10 years of supervised release, register as a sex offender and restrict his access to children and the Internet.
Logan admitted in a plea bargain that in 2003 he received images of child pornography from someone in Fresno. He also admitted possessing more than 600 video and still images of child pornography at the time of his 2005 arrest.
