San Diego State (6-0) at UC Santa Barbara (4-0), 2 p.m. -- Santa Barbara has won its first four games for the first time since the Gauchos started 6-0 in 1992-93. After surviving a double-overtime game against Pepperdine on Wednesday, they face a solid Aztecs squad that is favored to win the Mountain West Conference and is 6-0 for the first time in 22 years.

Cal State Northridge (4-2) at Tulsa (2-1), 5 p.m. -- After averaging 99 points through five games, the Matadors’ offense stalled Monday in a 66-44 loss to Illinois State. Northridge and Tulsa have met only once, a 77-71 Matadors victory last year. Tulsa is coming off its first loss of the season, 65-63, at North Texas.

Pepperdine (1-4) at UC Irvine (2-4), 7 p.m. -- Irvine has lost its last two since a Nov. 14 victory over South Carolina. This is the last game until Dec. 9 for the Anteaters, who are playing their seventh game in 16 days and on Friday announced the dismissal of freshman guard Chris Osborn for what Coach Pat Douglass said was “conduct detrimental to the team.” Osborn averaged 2.0 points in five games. This is the first of four consecutive road games for Pepperdine, which lost to UC Santa Barbara in double overtime in its only home game.
