Update -- Chivas USA Coach Preki and Toronto Coach Mo Johnston played together with Everton in England and with the Kansas City Wizards. For Chivas, forward David Arvizu is sidelined because of a lower-back strain. Influential midfielder Ronnie O’Brien will be out for at least four weeks for Toronto after tearing a ligament in his left knee when he kicked out at an opponent in a preseason scrimmage.
