Cartel blamed for body found in bag
From Times Wire Reports
The corpse of a man was found wrapped in a plastic bag in the port city of Veracruz in what police said was the latest killing in a wave of drug-related violence across Mexico.
Next to the body was a note signed “Nueva Gente,” purportedly a drug gang, threatening the Zetas, a gang of enforcers for the Gulf cartel.
Mexico has experienced a wave of violence as rival cartels fight for trafficking routes.
