Re “ ‘Green’ project makes critics see red,” April 9
So the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power wants to build 85 miles of expensive, high-voltage transmission lines across wildlife habitat and scenic vistas to carry solar energy from the desert to Los Angeles. Does the DWP really believe that there’s no sun in L.A., or just expect us to believe it? Perhaps these guys need to remove their heads from that place where, truly, the sun don’t shine.
