Unlicensed driver hits 5

An unlicensed 18-year-old driver was arrested on hit-and-run charges Wednesday after he lost control of a car and hit five Reseda High School students, authorities said.
The driver was identified as Joshua Raymond Caballero of Reseda. Officer Karen Smith of the Los Angeles Police Department said Caballero was an unlicensed driver who took his mother’s car while she was sleeping, picked up some friends and drove them to school.
