Times, rethink revenue concept

I’ll probably join thousands of your subscribers in boycotting anyone who advertises on the front page of the Los Angeles Times (“Times publisher says front page may get ads,” July 14).
Now that the clueless bean counters have eliminated entire sections, decimated the staff and tarnished the reputation of The Times, I assume the next thing they’ll do is begin truncating letters to the editor to save space for more ads. For example,
