No-tax but spend Republican
Re “Before budget fight, Bush puts up his fists on taxes,” July 27
When is someone going to point out to the president that the borrow-and-spend policies of his administration have increased the national debt by $3.2 trillion in more than seven years, from $5.7 trillion when he entered office to $8.9 trillion now -- up 56%.
Which is more fiscally responsible, tax (and pay as you go) or borrow (push it off to kids)?
