A car traveling more than 100 mph on the 91 Freeway early Wednesday hit another car, injuring its driver, and flipped five times. The driver of the speeding car fled on foot, a California Highway Patrol officer said.

Officer Denise Quesada said the unidentified driver lost control of a Mitsubishi Lancer traveling west near State College Boulevard in Anaheim about 1 a.m. and clipped a Nissan Altima, which also flipped over.

Motorist Alice Taylor, 50, of Anaheim suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Anaheim Memorial Medical Center, Quesada said.
