Re “Development ban on VA campus struck from bill,” May 29

It’s no surprise that President Bush’s lackeys are protecting big business, but at the expense of American veterans? That is really outrageous.

If Congress can’t step in and protect our soldiers and veterans from this cynical administration, it really is hopeless.
