* at No. 5 Oklahoma 42, Texas A&M; 14: Jermaine Gresham matched a school record by catching four of Sam Bradford’s five touchdown passes, and the Sooners (8-1, 5-1) took sole possession of first place in the Big 12 South with a win over the Aggies (6-4, 3-3). Bradford finished with 284 yards on 21-for-30 passing, and Gresham had five catches for a career-best 80 yards.

* at No. 8 Kansas 76, Nebraska 39: Todd Reesing threw a school-record six touchdown passes and the Jayhawks (9-0, 5-0) battered the Cornhuskers (4-6, 1-5) at Lawrence to keep themselves in the national title race. See Spotlight, D5.

* No. 9 Missouri 55, at Colorado 10: Tight end Chase Coffman caught three of Chase Daniel’s five touchdown passes as the Tigers (8-1, 4-1) routed the Buffaloes (5-5, 3-3). It was Missouri’s first win in Boulder since 1997. Jeremy Maclin gained 187 all-purpose yards to break the single-season school record. The 55 points were the most Colorado had given up at home since a 59-20 loss to Missouri on Oct. 8, 1983.

* No. 14 Texas 38, at Oklahoma State 35: Ryan Bailey kicked a 40-yard field goal as time expired to lift the Longhorns (8-2, 4-2) over the Cowboys (5-4, 3-2) at Stillwater. See story, D11.

* Texas Tech 38, at Baylor 7: Graham Harrell completed 37 of 46 passes for 433 yards and three touchdowns, eclipsing the 4,000-yard passing mark for the second season in a row, and the Red Raiders (7-3, 3-3) routed the Bears (3-7, 0-6) at Waco, Texas. Texas Tech has defeated Baylor 12 times in a row.

* at Iowa State 31, Kansas State 20: Chris Singleton made two key interceptions, Alexander Robinson ran for two touchdowns and the Cyclones (2-8, 1-5) stunned the Wildcats (5-4, 3-3) at Ames to end a six-game losing streak.
