* at Tennessee 35, No. 12 Georgia 14: Arian Foster rushed for 98 yards and three touchdowns, Lucas Taylor made the most of his very short time as a quarterback and the Volunteers (3-2, 1-1) routed the Bulldogs (4-2, 2-2), who had won their last three games in Knoxville. It was Georgia’s worst loss since the 2003 SEC championship, a 34-13 loss to LSU, and Coach Mark Richt’s first defeat at Tennessee.

* at Auburn 35, Vanderbilt 7: Ben Tate rushed for 96 yards, Brad Lester ran for 77 yards and two touchdowns in his season debut following a suspension, and the Tigers (4-2, 2-1) beat the Commodores (3-2, 1-2) at Auburn, Ala.

* at Alabama 30, Houston 24: John Parker Wilson threw for two touchdowns and ran for a third, but it took a late interception in the end zone by Simeon Castille for the Crimson Tide (4-2) to put away the Cougars (2-3) at Tuscaloosa. Glen Coffee led Alabama with 122 yards and a touchdown in 30 carries.

* at Arkansas 34, Chattanooga 15: Felix Jones rushed for 141 yards and two second-half touchdowns, and Darren McFadden ran for 122 yards as the Razorbacks (3-2) pulled away from the Mocs (1-4) at Little Rock. McFadden, last year’s Heisman Trophy runner-up, rushed for 122 yards but fell short in his attempt to become the school’s career leader. Ben Cowins holds the mark with 3,570 yards rushing, 31 more than McFadden.

* at Mississippi State 30, Alabama Birmingham 13: Anthony Dixon, who lost his starting job last week, rushed for 152 yards and three second-half touchdowns to lead the Bulldogs (4-2) over the Blazers (1-4) at Starkville.

* at Mississippi 24, Louisiana Tech 0: Seth Adams threw for two touchdowns and the struggling defense notched the first shutout for the Rebels (2-4) since 2003 in a victory over the Bulldogs (1-4) at Oxford.
