Intel chief’s pay package rose 18%

Intel Corp. said the value of Chief Executive Paul Otellini’s compensation rose 18% last year as profit jumped on higher sales of computer processors.
His pay package, which includes stock and option awards, was worth $11.5 million, compared with $9.81 million a year earlier, according to a filing from the Santa Clara, Calif.-based chip maker.
