3.6 quake causes no damage
A 3.6-magnitude earthquake struck the desert about 11 miles north of Ridgecrest early Sunday evening, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. No damage was reported, according to the Ridgecrest Police Department and the Kern County Sheriff’s Department.
