Dodgers-Padres: In Monday’s Sports section, an article in which San Diego pitcher Jake Peavy denied he is using pine tar referred to a still image taken from Fox’s national broadcast on Saturday that purportedly showed a substance on parts of his right hand. That broadcast was a regional one.
