“The Dark Knight” became the first film since 2003 to rank No. 1 for four straight weekends. “Pineapple Express” probably would have been No. 1 if it had opened Friday instead of Wednesday, but it racked up a strong five-day total regardless. Sales in the U.S. and Canada, Aug. 8-10:
