Radio chief: Roy Laughlin, who used to manage KIIS-FM (102.7) and more recently has been running KDAY-FM (93.5), has been named senior vice president and L.A. market manager for CBS Radio, meaning he’ll oversee the company’s seven stations here. He replaces Jeff Federman.
