Re “Blackwater facility gets OK from judge,” June 5
Why is Blackwater Worldwide, a private business, training sailors of the U.S. Navy, in Otay Mesa or anywhere? Shouldn’t naval training be a mission of the U.S. Navy? Is it not equipped to train its own men? What’s going on here?
