The battle of new comedies wasn’t close, as “Get Smart” outsold “The Love Guru” by more than 2 to 1. “The Incredible Hulk” and “The Happening” fell sharply in their second weekends, although industrywide results stayed on an upward trend. In limited release, “Kit Kittredge: An American Girl” averaged a solid $44,000 per theater at five locations. Sales in the U.S. and Canada, June 20-22:
