Tropical storm kills at least 14

Tropical Storm Fengshen has killed at least 14 people in southern China, the official New China News Agency said.
The storm hit China last week after killing at least 540 people in the Philippines.
Chinese authorities said the storm destroyed more than 1,200 houses and damaged roads, crops and power lines in Guangdong province.
The news agency reported that 14 people were dead and nine others were missing.
