New Orleans 100, at Cleveland 99: David West’s 17-foot jumper, coming on Chris Paul’s 20th assist, with 0.6 seconds left lifted the Hornets to their fifth straight victory and a one-game lead atop the Western Conference. Peja Stojakovic scored 25 points for the Hornets.

at Toronto 89, Detroit 82: Chris Bosh scored 21 points and T.J. Ford had 13 points and nine assists to help keep the Raptors (36-35) from falling below .500 for the first time since Nov. 24. Detroit has lost three of four.

at Philadelphia 121, Chicago 99: Lou Williams scored 23 points and Andre Miller had a season-high 18 assists to help the 76ers stay within half a game of fifth-place Washington with their 19th victory in 24 games.

at Houston 97, Minnesota 86: Tracy McGrady scored 13 of his 23 points in the fourth quarter and Luis Scola had 18 points and a career-high 18 rebounds for the Rockets. McGrady had 11 rebounds and nine assists.

at Atlanta 115, Milwaukee 96: Joe Johnson scored 28 points to help the eighth-place Hawks stay half a game ahead of New Jersey in the East. Atlanta’s Mike Bibby suffered a thumb injury but X-rays were negative.

Washington 104, at Seattle 99: Reserve Roger Mason made five three-point baskets in a fourth quarter in which the Wizards prevailed, 36-24, to rally past the SuperSonics. Mason had 22 points and Caron Butler had 21.

at New Jersey 124, Indiana 117: Devin Harris had 22 points and a career-best 15 assists. The Nets blew a 16-point first-half lead and needed a 21-11 spurt to end the third quarter to take the lead for good.

at Sacramento 107, Memphis 106 (OT): Kevin Martin had 36 points and made two free throws with seven seconds left in overtime for the Kings, who blew a seven-point fourth-quarter lead.

at New York 103, Miami 96 (OT): Jamal Crawford scored 24 points, including the go-ahead jumper in overtime, and the Knicks ended their longest home losing streak since 1963 at seven.

at Boston 117, Phoenix 97: The Suns lost for the second straight time on their four-game trip after beginning it on a seven-game winning streak.

at San Antonio 97, Clippers 88: The Spurs held L.A. without a field goal for the final 5:58 in winning for the fifth straight time. The Clippers lost their ninth in a row.

Charlotte 108, at Lakers 95: The Bobcats ended a six-game road losing streak by beating the Lakers for the fourth time in their last five meetings.
