Hillary Rodham Clinton piled up another $9.5 million in unpaid bills to vendors last month, pushing her total campaign debt to vendors and herself to nearly $31 million, according to her latest finance report.
Clinton raised $21 million from others in April but spent $28.9 million. She used personal loans to make up part of the difference and delayed payments to consultants. Including the unpaid bills from April, she owes $19.5 million. She has lent herself $11.4 million.
