Image Awards: Nobel Peace Prize laureates Al Gore and Dr. Wangari Muta Maathai will be honored at the 40th annual NAACP Image Awards Feb. 12, to be held at the Shrine Auditorium in downtown L.A. The event, which will also kick off the civil-rights organization’s yearlong centennial celebration, will be broadcast live on Fox.
