GOP’s border policy
Re “Send Latinos a signal,” editorial, Nov.12
So in order to get a substantial proportion of the Latino presidential vote next time, the GOP must stop trying to prevent illegal immigration by not building the border fence and must provide subsidized college education to illegals, because giving them a free K-12 education is not enough.
Is that right? Did it ever occur to you that many of us didn’t vote for John McCain because he has favored a path to citizenship for illegal aliens and has opposed the border fence?
