Amen to Mary McNamara’s article about “The Real Housewives of Orange County” [“Decay at Play in the O.C.,” Feb. 10]. These women lack any fiber of decency. I was in Armenia in November and, wow, could these imbeciles learn from true day-to-day life in an economically challenged country. Maybe the U.S. economy will humble them a bit, but I doubt it.

I live in Laguna Niguel, and I am thoroughly sickened by Bravo’s “Housewives of Orange County.” Worse or as bad as Atlanta’s pathetic bunch, these women have no brains to speak of.

A great number of us here in South O.C., in truth, are down to earth, and many of the families here are also suffering due to unemployment.

At least for most of us, a lesson has been learned if we didn’t already know it (and most of us did): that life is not just about new furniture and Botoxed faces.
