NOW THAT’S A HIGH NOTE: “American Idol” had one of its most exciting seasons in years, but it’s probably going to take more than Adam Lambert’s falsetto to shatter “The Amazing Race’s” incredible winning streak.
MIA: We have to wonder why 2007 supporting actor winner Terry O’Quinn, above, who had such an intriguing season on “Lost,” is not on the Emmy ballot? Maybe he stepped aside to up the odds for one of his cast mates?
HILTON IN? An Emmy for celeb blogger Perez Hilton? It could happen. He’s up for reality show host for his stint on “Bad Girls Club Reunion: Unresolved Issues.” He should have entered video from his website, since that probably got more views than his Oxygen show.
