Jamie McCourt has asked the courts to override a legal agreement that grants “all assets of the Los Angeles Dodgers Baseball team” solely to Frank McCourt because she was “unaware of what she was signing, was unaware of what the effect would be.”

If she’s successful, is there any chance the Dodgers can use that argument to get out of the second year of Manny’s contract?
