Health insurance: In the March 29 Health section, a profile of freelance writer Geoff Williams said his insurance premiums under one policy reached $1,200 annually before he switched plans. His premiums reached $1,200 a month.

Jerry Douglas house: In the Home section’s March 27 Hot Property column, a brief item on the sale of actor Jerry Douglas’ Encino home said that Harriet Cameron of Prudential California Realty, Sherman Oaks, handled both sides of the transaction. Kristi Sindt of Prudential California Realty, Westlake, shared the listing and was the co-sales agent.

“The Red Baron”: A review of the film “The Red Baron” in the March 19 Calendar section credited the real-life German World War I pilot Baron Manfred von Richthofen with 20 kills. Known as the Red Baron, Von Richthofen had a record 80 combat kills.
