The former child singer Nikka Costa has come a long way since she recorded with Don Ho at the age of 5. Her current sound, reflected in her recent “Pebble to a Pearl” album, blends elements of funk, soul and blues for a fiery and passionate take on contemporary R&B. The Roxy, 9009 W.
