AFI Fest: An article in Thursday’s Calendar section about three organizers of the American Film Institute’s AFI Fest leaving their posts misspelled the last name of former AFI Fest artistic director Rose Kuo in several references as Quo.

Teddy Pendergrass: The obituary of singer Teddy Pendergrass in Friday’s Section A referred to a duet he recorded with Whitney Houston as “It Should’ve Been You.” The title of their hit duet was “Hold Me.”

Haitian cathedral: A graphic in Friday’s Section A showing satellite images of the Port-au-Prince Cathedral before and after Tuesday’s earthquake credited Google Earth for the images. GeoEye and DigitalGlobe also should have been credited.

“Human Target”: In a review of the TV series “Human Target” in Friday’s Calendar section, the character of Patrick Jane in “The Mentalist” was incorrectly identified as Thomas Jane.
