SERIES

Human Target: Adapted from a DC Comics book and graphic novel, this new action series follows a private security guard (Mark Valley) who saves his clients’ lives even when it means turning himself into a target. Cold Case: After a private investigator’s remains are found buried in the cement foundation of a demolished building, Lilly (Kathryn Morris) and her team reopen the man’s 1974 murder case and discover the victim had uncovered several unsavory things for -- and about -- his last few clients. Richard Moll, Shera Danese and former NFL player Matthew Willig guest star in this new episode (9 p.m. CBS).
