Andre Miller scores 52 points and Trail Blazers beat Mavericks
Andre Miller scored a career-high 52 points, including 25 in the fourth quarter and overtime, and Juwan Howard made a jump shot with 44.8 seconds left to lift the Portland Trail Blazers over the Dallas Mavericks, 114-112, Saturday night.
Portland scored the last six points, including Miller’s layup that tied the score, 112-112, to end a skid at three games.
Dirk Nowitzki scored 28 points for Dallas.
Portland was without All-Star guard Brandon Roy (hamstring injury) for a sixth game in a row.
