Hope Solo will have to find a new place to kick it in the state of Washington.

The women’s national soccer team fixture has sold her home in Kirkland, a city in King County, Wash., for $1.75 million, according to the Multiple Listing Service.

Sitting on about three quarters of an acre, the property centers on a 5,330-square-foot main house with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. A sunken sports court, a swimming pool and a detached garage with an attached workshop are also within the property.

Among features of note are large picture windows, an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a wine cellar and a rec room with a wet bar. There are fireplaces in the living and family rooms.

The multi-level home, built in 1988, went up for sale July for $1.85 million and closed sale in about two months, records show. Solo bought the house four years ago for $1.2 million.

Rob Potashnick of Ewing & Clark East represented both ends of the transaction.

Solo, 35, has won a World Cup and two Olympic gold medals as a member of the women’s national team. The goalkeeper plays professionally for Seattle Reign FC.

The sale is one of a number of off-field moves executed by Solo this year. In May, she sold another Kirkland property for $355,000.
