We appreciate an uncommon amenity — something out of our everyday orbit. In this week’s collection, you’ll find a vineyard, a fruit orchard and a bocce ball court. There’s also a rock-star-worthy yurt and a seasonal stream.

If that’s still not enough for you, head to West Palm Beach for a boat dock with a lift and a parking spot for your golf cart. Or go back in time 20 years to find director Quentin Tarantino’s home theater complete with popcorn and soda machines.

Cashing in his vineyard

Actor-director Emilio Estevez has sold his compound in Malibu for $6.35 million.

Tucked behind gates in the Point Dume area, the home includes a small vineyard that was previously used to produce Casa Dumetz, a wine label created by Estevez and his partner, Sonja Magdevski. Fruit orchards, garden beds, a bocce ball court and swimming pool accompany the grapevines on more than an acre of grounds.

The main house, built in Mediterranean style in 2008, features limestone fireplaces, hand-painted frescoes and stained-glass details throughout. Truss-beam ceilings in the living room further the home’s Old World vibe.

There’s also a detached guesthouse with a wine-tasting room.

Estevez, 54, made a few bucks. The property last changed hands in 2002 for $2.2 million.

He is known for his roles in “The Breakfast Club,” “St. Elmo’s Fire” and the “Mighty Ducks” films.

It’s in his league

Dodgers’ first baseman Adrián González has bought the Rancho Santa Fe estate of former ballplayer Bret Boone for $6.3 million.

Set on more than two acres in a gated community, the Tuscan-style estate centers on a main house of about 12,500 square feet with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. A detached guest house adds a second full kitchen and another bedroom.

A swimming pool with a waterslide, a tennis court, lawns and landscaping complete the grounds.

González previously spent five seasons with the Padres. The 34-year-old slugger hit .285 with 18 home runs for the Dodgers last season, his fifth year with the team.

Boone, 47, hit 252 home runs during 15 seasons in the majors. The former Seattle Mariners and Cincinnati Reds player made three all-star teams.

He had us at the yurt

Brandon Boyd of Incubus landed a bohemian horse property in Topanga for $2.5 million.

Sure there’s a 3,500-square-foot modern tree house and a seasonal creek, but we can’t get over the yurt. The 800 square feet of space can function as a studio, office or guesthouse.

The renovated post-and-beam main house has an open floor plan, two fireplaces, a sun room, three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Wrap-around redwood decks take in views of the Santa Monica Mountains.

An outdoor riding arena, a barn with a tack room and stables are also on the 2.67-acre site.

Boyd, 40, is the often shirtless lead vocalist for the rock band, whose mega-hits have included such songs as “Drive.” He released a solo album, “The Wild Trapeze,” in 2010.

Either role works

She’s not picky. Melissa George of the TV drama “Heartbeat” will take the role of seller or landlord. The actress has listed a Calabasas house for sale at $995,000 or for long-term lease at $5,500 a month.

The mountain and city view contemporary has 3,924 square feet of living space including a great room with a fireplace, five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The updated kitchen features black oak cabinets, granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. There are multiple terraces and a three-car garage.

George, 40, also starred on the 2015 show “The Slap” and appeared in “The Good Wife” in 2013 and 2014.

The property last changed hands in 2002 for $600,000.

Goodbye, West Palm Beach

Comedian-actress Rosie O’Donnell has put her waterfront home in West Palm Beach on the market at $6.05 million.

The one-acre estate includes a water-facing swimming pool, two loggias with a fireplace, an outdoor kitchen and a boat dock with a lift off the 178 feet of frontage. Some 5,700 square feet of living space features six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. There’s also a guesthouse.

O’Donnell, 54, bought the property in 2015 for $4.975 million, public records show.
