Joe Jonas sells Sherman Oaks farmhouse for the same price he paid

Joe Jonas is calling it even in Sherman Oaks. The singer-actor of Jonas Brothers fame has dealt his modern farmhouse for $3.7 million – the same price he paid for it three years ago, records show.

Found a few blocks from Ventura Blvd., the two-story estate sits on a quarter-acre lot. Bold shades of black offset the white façade, and the same color palette continues inside.

Save for the carpeted movie theater, light hardwood lines the 5,600-square-foot floor plan. Modern chandeliers top the dining room and breakfast nook, and the kitchen is anchored by a stylish marble backsplash.

Other highlights include a wet bar and an indoor-outdoor living room with a fireplace.

The chic master suite sits upstairs. One of five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, it holds a window-lined lounge and a massive walk-in shower.

A second-story balcony overlooks the long backyard, which features turf lawns around a pool and spa. A detached guesthouse sits on the other end of the property.

Carl Gambino of Westside Estate Agency held the listing. Caroline Berkman Lewis of Douglas Elliman represented the buyer.

Jonas, 29, gained fame in the mid-2000s with his brothers Nick and Kevin as the pop-rock band the Jonas Brothers, before forming the funk-pop band DNCE in 2015. As an actor, his credits include “Angie Tribeca” and “Comedy Bang! Bang!”
