Joely Fisher lists Sherman Oaks showplace at $4.2 million

Actress Joely Fisher has listed her home in Sherman Oaks at $4.195 million.

The classy Mediterranean-style house, built in 2006, appears older than its years with arched windows and openings, decorative wrought iron and colorful tile step risers.

A great room off the kitchen, a formal dining room with a wood-beamed ceiling, seven bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms and 9,830 square feet of living space are on two stories. The breakfast room overlooks the garden.

The half-acre site includes covered patios, a swimming pool and a three-room guesthouse with a kitchen.

Fisher, 46, starred in “‘Til Death” (2002-10), “Wild Card” (2003-05) and “Ellen” (1994-98). She stars in the upcoming thriller “Fatal Acquittal.”

The property last sold in 2007 for $3.5 million, public records show.
