Major league third baseman Kyle Seager has sold his house on Lake Washington just in time for baseball season.

Records show the home went for $2.55 million. Seager, who’s entering his eighth season with the Seattle Mariners, originally listed the home last October for $2.8 million.

The two-story Craftsman, which sits on a tree-filled lot on Mercer Island, was built in 1999.

Oversized windows and hardwood floors fill the living spaces, which include a living room, dining room, center-island kitchen and breakfast nook. There are fireplaces in the living room and den.

A patio spans the main floor, providing views of Lake Washington. Upstairs, the master suite, one of four bedrooms, opens up to a balcony of its own.

Lisa and Anna Morgan of John L. Scott Real Estate held the listing. Yujing Sun of NAREIG International Realty represented the buyer.

Seager, 30, was voted an All-Star and won a Gold Glove award in 2014. The following offseason, he signed a new seven-year contract with the Mariners worth $100 million.

His brother, Corey Seager, plays for the Dodgers and was National League rookie of the year in 2016.
