Liam Dunaway O’Neill buys condo in West Hollywood
Actor Liam Dunaway O’Neill, whose mother is the Oscar-winning Faye Dunaway, has bought a condominium in West Hollywood for $560,000.
The designer-done interiors feature hardwood floors, high ceilings, frosted doors and recessed lighting. The re-done kitchen has marble counters, a subway tile backsplash, a farm sink and stainless-steel appliances.
The nearly 800-square-foot pied-a-terre includes living and dining areas, a kitchen breakfast bar, one bedroom and one bathroom. A large balcony off the living room takes in views of the Hollywood Hills and Griffith Observatory.
The 1960s building features a round-the-clock doorman, a swimming pool with a sun deck, a gym and a dog park.
O’Neill, 34, is the son of Dunaway and her second husband, photographer Terry O’Neill.
The property previously sold in 2007 for $550,000.
Chris Jacobs and Jeff Yarbrough of Keller Williams were the listing agents. Farrah Aldjufrie and Mauricio Umansky of The Agency represented O’Neill.
